Buckskin Gulch/Paria River Canyon
Images from a family backpacking trip to Buckskin Gulch/Paria River Canyon in the Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, on the borders of Utah and Arizona. First few images were taken atop Muley Point, a mesa in the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in southern Utah near Mexican Hat, and then just prior to the start of the backpacking (near Lees Ferry, AZ). Most images by Asta Mulholland and a few by Muir Mulholland.
Images before #205 are Buckskin Gulch; images after #205 are Paria River Canyon.
Water temp was about 2-3 degrees C. Daytime temps were generally pleasant (except for the frozen sleet on the last day).
